Shipping policy

Mainland US:
standard shipping 10 USD, same day shipping – 15 USD.

Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, & US Virgin Islands – Standard shipping 15 USD.

We ship primarily via UPS. Orders with Economy may be delivered by USPS or UPS and will receive a tracking number for both methods.
However, if the shipping address is a PO Box, a military address, or to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the US Virgin Islands - we ship USPS Priority Mail.

For domestic orders within the U.S., you can expect to receive your package in about 5-10 business days, depending on your location, but please keep in mind that these are just estimates and delivery times may vary.

After your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your order's journey straight to your doorstep. Please note that it can take up to 24-48 hours for your tracking information to show up on the shipping carrier's website.

If you missed our emails, make sure you're checking the right mailbox if you use several. Also, please check your Spam and Promotion inboxes. The letters may have ended up there by mistake as all of the tracking links are sent automatically from  help@nuushealth.com.

We apologize for any inconvenience. We suggest checking the delivery location and with your neighbors if A carrier may sometimes mark a package as 'delivered' before it is actually dropped off. If this is the case give it 2 more business days.
If you've not received it by then please email us at help@nuushealth.com with your order number.

Once an order is placed we cannot make edits to either the contents or the shipping address.

We offer free shipping on subscription orders only.

Nuus Health is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We ship to United States including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, & US Virgin Islands.

At this stage we do not ship internationally.
